Day 61: Tired

So happy to return to the silliness of Contracts today. We revisited the case of the cow that was sold for meat (about $80) because it was thought she could not be impregnated. She is left in a pen with a bull, lo and behold, she gets knocked up as might be expected. The suit is over the original owners not wanting to sell her at a loss under the existing agreement. They win and get the impregnated cow back. Fast forward to today where we discuss guy who buys a safe of sorts and a couple thousand dollars worth of treasure inside is discovered in something that sounds reminiscent of Storage Wars. Owner brings suit because he doesn't want to let the treasure go for pittance. And with that, the comparison: "What's the difference between the 2? Inside the safe there is a hidden treasure. Inside the cow there is a hidden calf. Yay!" I love law school more every day!
