Day 75: Looks like this is the end...

Today was last Torts class from my substitute teacher (you may recall that the original professor took sabbatical to write). He was very entertaining and I really liked him until... today, the final review session. First the misery of the NEVER working printers plagued me (I suppose that really wasn't his fault). Then Prof began with the list of important topics which was ... EVERYTHING we covered with a renewed emphasis on the Notes at the end of the cases. (Really?!?!) So why exactly did I need a review session??? Well, it was to tell me that the multiple choice exam we *democratically* voted to have is now going to include an essay question. Autocrat! <sigh> I will miss him despite these recent developments - but only a little. He really is a good instructor and he had the honor of closing out the official classes of my first year.
