Day 53: Missing Contracts

I don't mind having Contracts on Mondays instead of Fridays, as we had this week. It's just that on Fridays I really do miss the silliness of it all starting off my weekend. One of my classmates even mentioned at Brief Relief (drinks at Phillip's Bar Wednesday night when final Moot Court Briefs were submitted) that I am one of a crew who egg on our Contracts instructor with the insanity that is the subject matter. =) I really don't mean to derail the learning process; however, it really is hard to restrain myself when the case is about the sale of a barren cow that turns out to be impregnated and he says something off hand about an existential cow. (Really?!?!?) Well, I used today to get some stuff done! Reading, catching up, and having meetings. But I miss you, Contracts! So until we meet again, may all your engagements have proper consideration and a merger clause.
