Day 5
Defense litigators make AWESOME instructors! Case in point, my old
Torts professor was a former City Attorney; professional, restrained,
nice but fairly dry. He is on sabbatical now. My new Torts professor was
second chair for the Defense when I did Criminal Jury Duty a couple of
years ago. He was learned, animated, and engaging. All those attributes
translate well to the classroom. I totally dig this guy!
