Have a new Torts professor this semester. It is from him that the quote of the day comes on first semester grades: "There are 5 stages of grief to go through; denial, anger..."
Ah, anger. When he started talking about scheduling conference with instructors in order to understand what happened, I thought for sure there would be an "amen" from the back of the room. Alas, no one felt that empowered.
