Law school chronicles, Tuesday week 12: Public outrage and abject disgust abounded on campus today amongst 1Ls after Writing Assignment 2 was returned. Many felt aggrieved because there were secret criteria for points much like software Easter Eggs. Add in "the CURVE" and it was decried foul play and bad form! Me? Well, I don't know how I did. I ran into a woman trying to get to class. No one was hurt; vehicles are both drivable; but paying a deductible is a step away from Greece.
