Law school chronicles, Tuesday week 11: I too have cooties. Scratchy throat, cough, and general malaise. So what passes though my head? If I die, I still owe Loyola (money I don't have). But if I pass out in the hallway and they make me take finals, I may have a loose argument for intentional infliction of emotional distress. Otherwise, I can surely claim they are neglecting their duty of reasonable care. Makes me smile.
