Law school chronicles, Monday week 9: Yesterday had someone suggested to me to read cases written in Shakespearean tone, Elizabethan language, and iambic pentameter, I would have exclaimed "OH HOW FUN!". Today, I know better. I'm still guessing at what "shuffling off the coil of that discretion which enmeshed him in the alley" *really* means cause I hope it doesn't mean what I think it means.
